REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you believe you purchase the wrong size, even after proper measurement, you may  exchange your item for the correct size up to 10 days after the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original condition.

You are responsible for exchange shipping costs and exchanges must be postmarked prior to the 10-day exchange window.

We do not accept returns on clothing. In the event that a garment does not fit, you may exchange for a different size. For exchanges, the garment must be unworn, in the original packaging, and the tag must be attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact info@call2love.com to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny an exchange on any article of clothing. By purchasing our garment, you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully/thoroughly read the product description and review the measurement guide before purchasing a garment.

No returns or exchanges on accessories. All products are final sale!

We strongly believe that if you want the world to be a better place - the change starts with you! It’s estimated that 50% of online shoppers buy multiple sizes and return what does not fit without measuring beforehand. Our product descriptions are very informative and each product includes a specific measurement guide. At Call2Love we strive for responsible production and want to minimize the impact on the environment. Please be responsible since each product is specifically made for you per order. It is an individually crafted piece of art for you.

We are a boutique company, our materials are ethically sourced and handmade in England by well paid seamstresses. Each product is created on demand and custom made to order.

Please note that due to their limited availability, any of our Limited Edition items are excluded from our exchange program. 

Email us for any Exchanges first. If accepted we will provide you with mailing address.

If you believe your item(s) to be defective, please contact our returns department immediately upon receiving your item at info@call2love.com. Failure to report defects immediately upon delivery may result in Call2Love denying your return or issuing store credit only.
