SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING:

Free shipping over $150 applies to US orders only.

SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 


US SHIPPING:
Our products are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship (US) on top of the estimated shipping times provided at the checkout by the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Katia Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Katia Designs is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact Fedex with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not offer international shipping but working on expanding to other markets.

However if you are in love with our products, contact us at: info@call2love for a custom quote. We will create a custom invoice for you including international shipping and any tax duties you may need to pay depending on your country.

Shipping times may vary depending on the options available but will also be displayed at checkout. The approximate shipping time is 1-2 weeks in addition to posted processing times. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery (if applicable) or you may pay them with us upon purchasing.
